White tea “Fun in the Fields 2.0"
Volume
When we get acquainted with tea, we open the lid of the teapot and the aroma of sweet fruit and honey wafts to us. We fill the teapot and take a refreshing sip. It is playful, sweet, buttery and yet leaves a long aftertaste without a hint of tartness. The synergy of color and flavor lifts your spirits, and the inner fun is already begging to come out!
Leaf 2021 harvested from my own garden, all processing is done by myself. The tea leaves (the ones that are more often used for pu'erh production) are harvested from trees 60-80 years old. We applied the traditional white tea processing that gives depth of flavor: the leaf is allowed to slightly ferment during the drying process; we control this process by picking the tea leaf into small slides, then spreading it out and repeating this action several times.
