Shu Puer "Chocolate", 2022
High-grade shu pu'er with a classic flavor profile, embodied in the convenient shape of a square chocolate bar.
The blend contains 2 types of raw materials from the Puer district: whole leaf from large trees (Da Shu) and whole tender leaves of the palace (guntin) category. The tea leaf from the trees give the tea body, density and overall bouquet. Kidney guontin is brightness, richness of flavor and liveliness. Moderate fermentation and curing of the finished raw material for about a year allowed to achieve a balance of strength and enveloping softness.
There are 9 bars in a whole chocolate bar. They break off easily and weigh 7-8 grams. Nine tea adventures to suit every taste: ceremony, tea parties at work and home, camping or business travel. Break off, pour boiling water, wait, enjoy!

Production 2021 harvest in Pu'er County, moderate fermentation in Menghai County, 2022 pressing in Menghai County, Xishuangbanna District, Yunnan Province, China. Despite the relatively fresh pressing, the Chocolat has already come into balance, but will still gain density and flavor intensity.
Format A 72 gram bar.
How to brew One slice per 100ml of water for strains or per 500ml for infusion. Warm the pot well, use fresh boiling water. First steeping time: 10 seconds. With each subsequent brew, add 1-5 seconds to taste. Infusion time: 3 minutes. Thermos brewing time: 30-90 minutes to taste.
