Raw material features
Large old trees (Gu Shu), about 200 years old; the orchard is located in a high mountainous area at an altitude of about 2200 meters; harvesting - April 2022, pressing - May 2022; hand traditional processing of raw materials, sun drying. Aroma Fresh, light, sweet, honeyed, slightly floral.
Color of the infusion
Clear, transparent with a yellowish-brown tint.
Taste and aftertaste
Oily, dense, enveloping, yet mild. Sweet and refreshing, gradually evolving into a honeyed sweetness.
With each spill, the flavor becomes brighter and fuller, thicker. After a few spills it softens and becomes more delicate.
Effects
Invigorating and tonic, refreshing, an excellent energizer. It can be felt from the first spill.
